Dataset description |
Profiles of carbon dioxide and temperature retrieved by the Royal Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy from NOMAD-SO on board ESA’s ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter. The temperature profiles are derived from the carbon dioxide density profiles with the hydrostatic equilibrium equation. This retrieval scheme of this dataset was described in Trompet et al. (2023a - https://doi.org/10.1029/2022JE007277) and further analysed in Trompet et al. (2023b - https://doi.org/10.1029/2022JE007279). A major update was implemented after the release of this dataset. We encourage you to contact us when you use this dataset or you have a question. We kindly request the authors of any communication/publication using this dataset to let us know about it and to cite the reference Trompet et al. (2023a - https://doi.org/10.1029/2022JE007277) |
