L-Time average of EPT and MEPED electron observations following strong geomagnetic storms

The Energetic Particle Telescope (EPT) measures the flux of energetic electrons and protons in the Earth's radiation belts on a low Earth orbit (820 km) onboard the PROBA-V satellite. (Pierrard, V et al. 2014, documented reference)

The Medium Energy Proton and Electron Detector (MEPED) measures the integral flux of energetic electrons and protons in the Earth's radiation belts on a low Earth orbit. It is fitted on various POES and MetOp satellites. (Green, J. C. (2013), documented reference)

This dataset is comprised in its entirety of processed data from the EPT and MEPED. In each file, the data is averaged in time and in McIlwain L-parameter (L-Time bins). However, the binning, the type of particles fluxes (differential or integral), and time coverage differs between the files.
