Figure_10_Wind_Profile_Comparisons
This HDF5 file contains the zonal wind profiles used to produce the comparison shown in Figure 10 of Piccialli et al. (2026). It gathers the profiles derived in this study together with literature measurements and Venus GCM results used in the figure.
The file is organized into one group for each data source.

- u_north_67km = Retrieved zonal wind profile at approximately 67 km altitude [m s⁻¹]
- u_north_65km = Retrieved zonal wind profile at approximately 65 km altitude [m s⁻¹]
- lat_south = Southern Hemisphere latitude grid [degree]
- u_south_67km = Retrieved zonal wind profile at approximately 67 km altitude [m s⁻¹]
- u_south_65km = Retrieved zonal wind profile at approximately 65 km altitude [m s⁻¹]
- pressure_grid_mbar = Pressure grid used in the wind retrieval [mbar]
- altitude_grid_km = Altitude grid corresponding to the pressure grid [km]
