Software and Datafiles subtending the application of the Ozone Neural Network Inversion (ONNI) method for limb scattering geometries

The resource contains the input data produced by the SMART-G radiative transfer model for 25600 cases in limb geometry. The used atmospheric profiles for ozone, aerosol, air are collecte in different files as well as particle size parameters, albedo and solr angles.

The software routines allows for the normalization and screening of the radiative data. The neural network training and its output ONNI routine are made available.

  • bigRun25.mat: contains the LTS radiance profiles computed by smartG
  • br25Ana2.mat: contains the statistical analysis of the LTS radiance profiles computed by smartG
  • ozSet12.mat: summary of the LTS ozone profiles
  • aerSet3.mat: summary of the LTS aerosol profiles
  • airSet1.mat: summary of the LTS air profiles

Matlab datafiles can be read by OCTAVE free software.
